Refund policy

Builder, Team and paid templates give you the full source the moment you pay, so payments are generally final. Every Pro item and template has a live preview you can try first, on its own page, in light and dark mode and at every screen size, and a free account lets you copy a few items to test them in your own project.

• Builder and Team are subscriptions billed yearly or quarterly. Cancel anytime from your Account page (it opens the Lemon Squeezy customer portal), in a few clicks.
• After you cancel, your plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.
• Cancelling doesn’t refund the current period, and we don’t refund the unused part of a period.
• Templates you bought stay yours after a plan ends.

• A plan renews automatically at the end of each period, at the same interval, until you cancel. Your Account page shows the date.
• Forgot to cancel: if a renewal charged you and you didn’t mean to keep the plan, write within 7 days of the renewal date. We refund that renewal in full and end the plan.
• Price changes: a new price never applies to a period you already paid for. We email you before it applies to your next renewal, so you can cancel first.

Seats you add are charged for the rest of the current period. Seats you remove lower the price from your next renewal; the current period is not refunded for them.

• It doesn’t work: a Pro item or a template doesn’t work as described and we can’t fix it within 3 days of your report.
• Charged by mistake: you were charged twice, for a plan you didn’t choose, or after you had already cancelled.
• Wrong plan: you bought Builder but meant Team, or the other way round. Write within 14 days and we will switch you and refund the difference.
• Forgotten renewal: as described under Renewals.

Write to partner@nextui.com from the email you bought with, and include your order number from the Lemon Squeezy receipt. For something that doesn’t work, tell us which item and what happens. We answer within a few working days.

The refund goes back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy. A refunded plan ends right away, its access keys stop working, and the Pro license for that purchase ends, so remove Pro source from projects you haven’t shipped yet. A refunded template is removed from your account and its license ends the same way.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live, for example for digital content that is faulty.
